Louisiana Soybean Harvest in Full Swing; Cane Harvest Getting Underway

Favorable weather conditions allowed Louisiana soybean harvest to make very good progress last week, according to the latest Louisiana Crop Progress and Condition Report released Monday. The reports shows soybean harvest now 68 percent complete statewide. Sugarcane harvest is getting started with five percent of the cane out of the field.
