Happy Hour: Farm Animals Getting Fat Off Local Craft Beer Craze

One recent, blistering afternoon, Grant Estrade dumped the contents of the five-gallon bucket into the ankle high grass. He was kind enough to put it in the shade. Not that his chickens - hundreds of them, seemingly emerging from everywhere - likely would have cared. They love the sticky, pungent, sawdust-like substance generously spilling from the bucket.
