Louisiana Sorghum Planting Still Running Behind

Louisiana sorghum planting is still running behind, but every other crop seems to be on schedule. The latest Louisiana Crop Progress and Condition Report shows sorghum planting is now 45 percent complete, well behind the 79 percent five-year average pace. However, every other crop is making very good progress.
