NE Louisiana Farmers Will Be Impacted by Proposed Chinese Tariffs

RAYVILLE - The nine parishes that make up the northeast region of Louisiana produces 53 percent our state's total acreage of soybeans, cotton and corn. Our area produces 45 percent of the soybeans and 74 percent of the corn. For farmers like Dustin Morris of Richland parish, the talk of tariffs is causing some sleepless nights.
