Jack Dillard: Warmer Temperatures in May Will Help Gardens

The soil temperatures are warming up as we enter the month of May, in fact the next three days are predicted to hit the 80 degree mark and higher, this should kick off our vegetable gardens. It could be that we are enjoying a wet springtime in the Ark-La-Tex, yet it seems that more and more of our river bottom cropland is having drainage problems.
