Crawfish Farmers Find Way to Boost Profits

If you're thinking crawfish for the weekend, good news: prices are down once again in Lafayette! On average, you'll pay 5.76 per pound. That's down four percent from last week. However, as consumers celebrate the price drop, some farmers say they don't always get a fair cut.
