Corn and Rice Harvest Moves Forward; Soybeans and Sorghum Getting Underway

The 2017 Louisiana corn and rice harvest is well ahead of the five-year average pace despite the fact that rain has slowed progress in some areas. The latest Louisiana Crop Progress and Condition Report shows both soybean and sorghum harvest getting underway also.
