USDA Designates Four Parishes in Louisiana as Primary Natural Disaster Areas with Assistance to Producers in Texas

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) designated Cameron, Grant, Natchitoches and Rapides parishes in Louisiana as primary natural disaster areas due to damages and losses caused by flooding from Hurricane Harvey that occurred from Aug. 26, 2017, through Oct. 10, 2017.
