The Commodity Classic kicks off this week at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. Organizers say it will be the biggest Commodity Classic in the history of the event. The Commodity Classic is a joint convention of the American Soybean Association, the National Corn Growers Association, the National Association of Wheat Growers, National Sorghum Producers and the Association of Equipment Manufacturers.
