Agriculture losses from the March and August floods totaled almost $367 million, according to an analysis by the LSU AgCenter, affecting everyone from northwestern Louisiana ranchers like Marty Wooldridge of Caddo Parish to soybean, sugarcane and rice farmers like Richard Fontenot in Acadiana.
