LSU AgCenter Symposium Highlights Sugar Research, Marketing Opportunities

A recent LSU AgCenter symposium highlighted research on sugar crops and new ways to use them in food products. More than 50 people registered for the event, held June 6 at the Lod Cook Alumni Center at LSU. It was sponsored by the AgCenter Audubon Sugar Institute.
