Cattle Shot and Killed in Lincoln Parish

A Simsboro family is in disbelief after their pet bull named Bully was shot and killed over the weekend. "I was just broken-hearted... I couldn't believe somebody would do something like that," says Vivian Skains, Bully's owner. The Lincoln Parish Sheriff's Office says the bull was shot Sunday night or early Monday morning off of Graham Rd. near Simsboro.
