LASAS Duo Takes Gold at FFA Nationals

Two young Avoyelles Parish agri-business students from LaSAS brought home the gold in a national competition in late October. William Manuel, 13, of Hessmer, and Austin Spencer, 14, of Cottonport, finished fifth at the 91st National FFA Convention & Expo in Indianapolis Oct. 24-27.
