"Louisiana Crawfish" Author Speaks Wednesday; "King Crawfish" Documentary Screening

Sam Irwin, author of the book "Louisiana Crawfish: A Succulent History of the Cajun Crustacean" will speak Wednesday evening at the Teche Center for the Arts in Breaux Bridge. His talk will be accompanied by a screening of Conni Castille's documentary "King Crawfish."
