Drax Submits Top Bid for LaSalle Wood Pellet Facility

Drax Biomass may be extending its footprint in Louisiana after submitting the winning bid for the acquisition out of bankruptcy of Louisiana Pellets. The Louisiana Pellets facility is located in the LaSalle Parish town of Urania and is a capable of producing approximately 450,000 metric tons of wood pellets per year.
