Jack Dillard: Spring is Here After a Mild Winter

Tomorrow is the first day of spring and according to the weather forecasters our temperature should see a high in the mid-80s, and all is well. The winter weather with sleet, snow, cold north winds, the things that “old time winters” many of us recall, did not arrive in 2017 and I am glad.
