Dr. Carrie Castille Named Louisiana Rural Development Director

U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue Friday named Dr. Carrie Castille as Louisiana's Director of USDA Rural Development. Dr. Carrie Castille served as the Associate Commissioner for the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry, held a faculty position with the Louisiana State University AgCenter, and created the successful Louisiana Master Farmer Program.
