Shreveport Chef, Brewer, Farmer Team Up for Business

Three local entrepreneurs formed an unlikely bond over beer and beef that has led to an innovative collaboration between them. Smith Family Farms, Red River Brewing Company and Fat Calf Boucherie have formed a three-way venture allowing each to benefit from the others' products and customer base.
