Uncertainty Ahead for Louisiana’s Trade Prospects with Cuba

Mike Strain, the state’s agriculture and forestry commissioner, has traveled to Cuba twice in the past year, meeting with Cuban officials about the prospect of trade with Louisiana. Strain said in an earlier interview that Louisiana is perfectly positioned to get the lion’s share of the market with the Caribbean nation in the near future.
