Rain Finally on the Way, National Weather Service Says

Louisiana is as dry as a bone. So dry, the state's fire marshal and Department of Agriculture on Saturday (Nov. 5) issued a ban on open burning for nearly all of the state until further notice. But some relief is right around the corner.
